Salary: ₹9 - ₹16 Lakhs/Annum Expected

Description:

NASSCOM is hiring a Mobile App Developer / Associate to act as a Project Lead within its core IT division in Noida. This hybrid role requires a balance of software engineering knowledge and active delivery governance. Instead of acting as an isolated developer, you will lead full application life cycles—translating business requirements into clear features, designing interface endpoints, breaking down sprints, and supervising cross-functional milestones. You will take ownership of app maintenance, oversee localized content distribution, and govern deployment workflows across Agile environments to optimize end-user experiences.

Key Technologies:

Jira, Trello

Requirements:

  • 4–8 years of professional experience operating inside a Project Management, Scrum Master, or Technical Team Lead capacity explicitly focused on Mobile Application Development initiatives.
  • Proven capability to execute project leadership within structured Agile/Scrum environments. Expert familiarity mapping operational phases, defining sprint milestones, tracking velocity timelines, and documenting tickets inside delivery suites like Jira or Trello.
  • Practical engineering knowledge regarding the deployment, testing, and upkeep of native (Android, iOS) or cross-platform hybrid mobile applications.
  • Solid foundational understanding of clean app architecture, data caching models, and design best practices. Competence planning, building, and documenting RESTful APIs for internal microservices and third-party partner integrations.
  • Direct experience managing localized content assets, resource configurations, and functional asset integration pipelines within the mobile runtime footprint.
  • Structural conceptual understanding of modern cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure, or GCP) utilized for mobile application backends, push notification servers, and database syncing operations.
  • Analytical capacity to handle systemic troubleshooting, trace code execution bottlenecks, implement performance updates, and introduce structural user experience (UX) enhancements.
  • Exceptional stakeholder coordination, clear verbal and written communication, and a proactive problem-solving attitude to effectively translate business targets into scoped technical feature sets.
